By accessing or using the services of Vean Networks Ltd. ("VEAN", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, then you may not access our services.

VEAN is a registered company in England and Wales under registration number 15346797.

2. Our Services

VEAN provides full-fibre broadband connectivity services across the United Kingdom. We aim to provide high-quality, high-speed internet access using national full-fibre infrastructure.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Transmit any material that is offensive, harmful, or unlawful.
  • Compromise the security or integrity of our network or any connected systems.
  • Redistribute or resell the service without explicit written permission.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments for our services are processed on a recurring basis as outlined in your selected service plan. Late payments may result in the suspension of service according to our standard billing procedures.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
